At FoliBuy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked!
Return and Refund Authorization:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Customized or personalized items, special promotions, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@folibuy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging when you send it back.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval or a return authorization number will not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all products carefully before shipping them. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Customized or Personalized Products:
Please note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged. We take pride in creating unique, customized products for you, and are happy to assist you with any concerns. Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For voluntary returns (items you change your mind about), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. We do not accept exchanges for a different size, color, or brand.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@folibuy.com.
